In this weeks video we make Kanelbullar. Kanelbullar are Swedish cinnamon rolls. We made the recipe ourselves, based on our basic white bun recipe. Please consider to like and subscribe to our channel, than you help us to grow!
First make a dough:
500 grams of plain white flour
7 gr of yeast
5 gr salt
150 ml water and 150 ml milk
25 gr agave sirup
Mix in a kitchen machine or by hand. Add 30 to 40 grams butter.
Let the dough rise overnight in the fridge or 1,5 hour on the countertop.
Than roll out your dough and make a filling of 75 gr butter, 35 gr coconut blossom sugar and cinnamon to taste. Spread it out over the dough, and fold side to middle (see our video). Make stripes and roll. Bake for 15 minutes on 175 degrees celsius.
